Founded in 1995, The North Carolina Golf Panel consists of 135 members throughout the state that determine rankings for various golf courses. The Bald Head Island Club was previously ranked #51.
Pinehurst No. 2 was the highest ranked golf course in North Carolina and has been each and every year since the panel was founded.
The Reserve at St. James Plantation, located in St. James, North Carolina, ranked #40 this year.
