Bald Head Island residents and guests celebrated the grand opening of the Island Retreat Spa and Salon on Friday, April 10 with a ribbon cutting ceremony and tour of the new facility. Island Retreat, a 2,200 square foot spa and salon, is the first to be located on the island.
